Using our website and attending our sessions/events requires acceptance of the following:





1.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to cause you any loss of rights or inconvenience.
1.2. The game is designed for a team of 2-8 people per room. You have the room to yourselves and are not joining a group.
1.3 The trademarks and logos displayed on the website are the property of Labyrinth Escape Rooms. You are not permitted to use these without the prior written permission of Labyrinth Escape Rooms and you accept that any such use may constitute an infringement of the relevant owner’s rights.
1.4. These terms and conditions and any contract concluded incorporating these terms and conditions shall be governed by Australian law and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
1.5. All the terms of any contract are included or assigned to within these terms and conditions.
1.6. We may link to 3rd party websites and we cannot accept any responsibility for this and you use them at your own risk.
1.7. Labyrinth Escape Rooms collects and stores your personal details without disclosing it to any 3rd party and is dedicated to ensure that the privacy of your personal information is protected.
1.8. Due to the nature of the game, no photos or personal recordings can be taken inside the room whatsoever.
1.9. Labyrinth Escape Rooms expects our visitors and customers not to disclose any details of the game directly or indirectly to the public.
1.10. Labyrinth Escape Rooms may contact you from time to time with offers and promotions via email or phone.
1.11. Labyrinth Escape Rooms is entitled to charge the guests for any damage, which is intentional or caused by misuse of items.
1.12. While you are on our premises, you must follow our rules and regulations, adopt proper standards of behaviour, and cooperate with our employees at all times.
1.13. Labyrinth Escape Rooms does not tolerate any kind of bullying or harassment towards its employees.
1.14 Due to the nature of the sessions, Labyrinth Escape Rooms owners and employees will have full viewing and hearing capabilities of participants whilst they are in the room.1.15 Our cameras and microphones are recording for training and quality purposes.  We will not upload, reproduce, publish, display, divulge, sell or distribute any images or recordings to anyone, ever.  We do not keep any records of the sessions 3 days after they have completed. If you wish to not have your session recorded, please advise your Game Master prior to entering the room. 


2.1. The website www.labyrinthescaperooms.com.au is owned and operated by Labyrinth Escape Rooms. The company holds the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions including any of the contents of the website from time to time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
2.2. The hereinafter terms apply to the use by any visitor of the Labyrinth Escape Rooms website and should be read carefully before any use.
2.3. Labyrinth Escape Rooms does its best to supply you with the most current and accurate information on its website.
2.4. The Labyrinth Escape Rooms website is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this website.
2.5. You are not permitted to link to or use all or any part of the Labyrinth Escape Rooms website for any purpose which is fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, harmful, obscene or objectionable.
2.6. You accept that the Internet is not fully secure. Labyrinth Escape Rooms will take all appropriate steps to protect the security of any payment and debit / credit card information though Labyrinth Escape Rooms shall not be liable for any damage that you may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of any such information.
2.7. Labyrinth Escape Rooms shall not be liable to any person for any direct or indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including (without limitation) lost profits or revenues, loss of opportunity, costs of replacement goods or services, loss or damage to data or business interruption, arising out of any use of the website. 


3.1. All promotional materials are not applicable on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays. Availability of all promotional materials are subject to Labyrinth Escape Rooms discretion on weekends and public holidays.
3.2. Only person(s) who are at least 18 years of age are permitted to book a Session.
3.3. It is your responsibility to check that any Sessions issued to you are accurate.
3.4. Any purchase of a Session is only valid when processed by Labyrinth Escape Rooms.
3.5. You are permitted to transfer the session of the game to another person. For security and safety, the new person must correctly know the details of the person who made the original booking or the booking may be forfeited.
3.6. Sessions may not be transferred or resold for commercial purposes or at a premium. If a Session is transferred or resold in breach of this condition, the bearer of the Session or the person claiming the right to attend, will be refused admission to the Session.
3.7. You are entirely responsible for entering your details correctly on the Online Booking Form. By submitting an Online Booking Form you warrant to Labyrinth Escape Rooms that all details supplied by you are true and accurate.
3.8. You receive the confirmation of your booking via email only. Labyrinth Escape Rooms will not send further confirmation via post or text message.
3.9. Online bookings can be made only three months in advance. For more advanced bookings, please contact Labyrinth Escape Rooms via email or phone.
3.9. A booking becomes a no-show and entry will be declined if the team is 30 minutes or more late. In such a situation the money is not refundable and the booking is not changeable.
3.10. All bookings are final as this is a LIVE event. No changes, cancellations or reschedules are permitted less than 24 hours of your booking.
3.11. Labyrinth Escape Rooms is not liable for any delays or obstructions causing delay to your arrival caused by bad weather, strikes, protests, floods, traffic jams, civil unrest or any other reason. It is your sole responsibility to arrive on time according to your booking.
3.12 The only language available for the conclusion of a booking contract online is English.
3.13 Force Majeure – Labyrinth Escape Rooms will not be liable for any cancellations to your booking due to unavoidable catastrophes (such as natural disasters, Acts of God, power outages etc)  that interrupts the expected course of your booking and participants agree that they cannot  cancel their booking,  or request a refund, under such circumstances. In these instances, Labyrinth Escape Rooms will provide you with a credit not for the total amount paid for your booking.
3.14 Parents and/or guardians must sign a waiver on behalf of any child under the age of 18, allowing them to participate in the sessions. Any child under the age of 13 must have a Parent or guardian present in the room with them.

3.15 If a team does not provide 24 hours to reschedule their booking, you agree to forfeit your deposit or $55 from your total booking fee. The remaining balance will be provided as a credit note to be used at a later date.

3.16 Bookings over the phone can only be made for same day bookings.  Same day bookings cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. Everyone in the team must arrive 15 minutes before the start session to sign waiver forms and pay the final balance.  A late arrival may cause a time deduction.  A 30 minute late arrival is an automatic cancellation and your deposit will not be refunded or your booking rescheduled.

3.17 WEEKEND BOOKINGS – We require four people minimum for any pre-booked weekend booking.  If less than 4 people arrive, no credit note will be required. The only exception to this rule will be if a team calls and makes a same day booking.  We will accept a team of less than 4 players on weekends if there are available sessions.


4.1 Gift certificates can only be made online on our website.
4.2 Gift certificates have a 3 year expiry from time of purchase
4.3 Gift certificates cannot be redeemable or exchanged for cash
4.4 A gift certificate cannot be used to purchase another Gift Certificate.


5.1. The price (with appropriate GST) of a session per person is stated on the Labyrinth Escape Rooms website in the Booking section.
5.2. The price is set according to the number of people in a session (2 – 8 persons).
5.3. Bookings can be made online on the Labyrinth Escape Rooms website, via phone, email or in person at the branch.
5.4. Any major credit or debit card is accepted to make a payment. Our website does not accept AMEX.
5.5. Full payment is required at the time of booking online. A deposit is required for same day bookings made over the phone.
5.6. Labyrinth Escape Rooms is a LIVE event so once the booking is confirmed refunds are not accepted.
5.7. Teams can reschedule their booking if more than 24 hours notice is provided.  A confirmation email outlining the details of the new booking will be sent. The original booking will not be rescheduled until a new time has been confirmed by Labyrinth Escape Rooms.
5.8. If less people attend the game than are booked, the price difference will not be reimbursed in cash.  A credit note for the difference in participants will be provided to use at a later date.
5.9. If more people attend the game than are booked (up to 8 persons a room) the extra can be paid upon arrival at the game.
5.10 If you have booked for 2 or more rooms and decide on the day that you would like to use less rooms, the deposit paid on the room unused will be forfeited.
5.11 If you have booked 2 or more rooms and provide us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel a room, the deposit paid on that room will be added to your total balance owing.

7.1. Each Labyrinth Escape Rooms player will be instructed before their session by their assigned Game Master. After learning the rules, each player will participate in the session at their own risk. Also, Labyrinth Escape Rooms is not liable for any (personal or equipment) damages caused by room misuse or not following the rules described before the session.
7.2. If you are late by more than 30 minutes of the original time of your booking, the reservation becomes a no-show automatically and you won’t be able to start your session. To re-book another session, it must be of your own expenses and according to current availability.
7.3. People under influence of alcohol or on non-prescribed drugs might be turned away and the session becomes a no-show. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who is unfit, abusive or unsuitable in any way at the sole discretion of the owners and staff of Labyrinth Escape Rooms.
7.4. Drinks and food may not be brought into the reception or rooms.
7.5. To be admitted, you must confirm the full name of the booker and might be asked to confirm phone number and email address as well as show ID and credit card.
7.6. Any children under 13 must be accompanied by at least one adult at all times.
7.7. Labyrinth Escape Rooms has limited waiting areas and so early arrivals will be asked to return at the correct time.
7.8 Labyrinth Escape rooms recommends customers to wear comfortable clothing for the game. We provide a safe place for valuables.


8.1 Labyrinth Escape Rooms employees may take photos of participants and you accept and agree that these photos may be posted on social media sites such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.


9.1 All names, designs and slogans used on the website, in any marketing and at the premises are the copyright of Labyrinth Escape Rooms and its owners. No use or reproduction of any kind is allowed.
9.2 All players at Labyrinth Escape Rooms, by making a booking, agree to not to discuss, divulge or circulate any information regarding the content of the sessions or any other proprietary information. By playing the session, all players agree not to pass on this information or they will render themselves liable to prosecution under breach of confidentiality rules.
