Q: How many players can we fit per room?
A: Our rooms are designed to have 8 players per theme, We have 6 different themes and can fit approximately 50 players per time slot.
Q: I'm not sure how many players are coming, do we need to know right now?
A: No, your numbers don't have to be exact at the moment. We take a deposit per room and you can add or subtract players on the day, to avoid paying for missing players.
Q : Are we able to all start at the same time?
A : Yes, definitely. We will always start your team at the earliest time slot out of the themes you have booked.
Q: Can we change the date or time incase my team is unable to arrive?
A: Yes you can change the date / time, we just require 24 hours notice to make any changes to your booking.
Q: Where can I park?
Unfortunately we do not have any onsite parking. There is 3 hour parking across the road at Entrada/Coles where the entrance is on Ross Street. There is also street parking on Sorrell St and Palmer street. Our closest council car park is Secure Parking Riverbank, off Phillip Street.
Q: How can I book multiple rooms on the website?
The website will allow you to add your first room by filling out your details. Shortly after you can add more rooms at the top right corner and continue adding until you're ready to check out. Upon checkout it will request a $55 deposit per room.
